Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent December (the "Service"), operated by Agent December ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Agent December ingests sources you connect — Google Calendar, Google Meet transcripts, forwarded email, and audio you record — and compiles them into a private, searchable knowledge base, surfacing summaries and action items for your own use.

The Service is provided for your personal and internal business use. It is currently offered as-is and may change, and features may be added or removed, as it develops.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your account and your private forwarding address secure — anyone with your forwarding address can submit content to your knowledge base. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain all rights to the content you connect or forward ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights necessary to receive, store, process, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the accounts and forward the content you provide, including any consent required from other participants in your meetings or correspondence.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no infringement of others’ rights, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, and no use that overloads or disrupts the Service or its providers.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Your use of Google APIs through the Service is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Outputs generated by automated language models may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent December will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, we will delete or de-identify your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
