Privacy Policy

Who we are
Agent December ("Agent December", "we", "us") is a personal knowledge service that turns the information you already produce — your calendar, your meeting transcripts, and the emails you choose to forward — into a private, searchable knowledge base for your own use.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to agentdecember.com and the Agent December application.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information to create and identify your account.
Google Calendar data (read-only). With your consent, we read your calendar events — titles, times, attendees, descriptions, and meeting links — to build context about your meetings.
Google Meet transcripts (read-only). With your consent, we read transcripts of your Google Meet conferences via the Google Meet API to capture what was discussed.
Forwarded email. When you forward an email to your private Agent December address, we receive and process that message’s content. We never read your inbox — we only receive what you explicitly forward.
Derived data. From the above we generate derived content — extracted entities, summaries, wiki pages, action items, and vector embeddings — to make your information searchable.
Usage and diagnostic data. We collect basic operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Agent December features you use: ingesting your sources, compiling your knowledge base, answering your searches, and surfacing your action items.
We do not use your Google user data, calendar data, Meet transcripts, or email content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
Agent December’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: the Google user data we access (Google Calendar and Google Meet, both read-only) is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above; it is not transferred or sold for advertising, market research, or any other unrelated purpose; and it is not read by humans unless (a) you give explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or (c) it is required to comply with applicable law.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service. They process data only on our instructions:
• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage. • Vercel — application hosting. • Anthropic and OpenAI — language-model processing and embeddings used to compile and search your knowledge base. • Resend — receiving the email you forward. • Gladia — audio transcription (when you record audio captures). • Inngest — background job processing. • Google — sign-in and the Calendar and Meet APIs.
Data isolation and security
Your data is isolated to your own tenant and is not visible to other users; database access is enforced per user at the row level.
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and connections are served over HTTPS. We never store your Google password — sign-in is handled by Google.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete captures and content from within the app, and you can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account, which invalidates our tokens.
To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below; we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your choices
You control which sources you connect. You can revoke Google access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions, stop forwarding email at any time, and request access to or deletion of your data.
Children
Agent December is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app.
